About Healthy Babies for Marathon County

As a result of the 2006 Community Health Assessment, the health of pregnant women and their babies was identified as a priority.  In February 2007, Healthy Babies of Marathon County identified four focus areas to improve care for pregnant women and their babies.  The four focus areas include:
  1. First trimester prenatal care
  2. Smoking during pregnancy
  3. Perinatal depression
  4. Infant safety
