Marathon County Active Family Challenge
Marathon County's Active Family Challenge encourages healthy, active play, everyday! The next "Challenge" will be in Fall 2008. Create a family team name, combine everyone's active play for total hours, report hours (via phone, mail, or email), and earn incentives for 15, 45, 60, and 90 hours. Incentives include free snow tubing, indoor ice skating, cross country ski lessons, and more!

Lighten Up WI
A fun, ream based exercise and weight loss incentive. Teams are composed of 2-10 co-workers, friends or family members. Adults of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels can benefit from the support of teammates.

Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2005
