Secondhand Smoke is a Health Issue

All major health organizations (including American Cancer Society, American Lung Association and American Heart Association) and the U.S. Surgeon General have stated that there is NO risk free level of exposure to Secondhand Smoke. Therefore the MCTFC believes it is the responsibility of government to protect the health and safety of all citizens, and supports initiatives that eliminate exposure to Secondhand Smoke in all pubic places.

All Village of Weston Workplaces/Public Places will be 100% smoke-free begining January 1, 2010!
